Isn't it ironic that we look to be affirmed and validated in all the wrong places when the love we require lives on the inside of us?  The funny thing is when we choose to trust our Journey and embrace all of  "who we are" we are free to be exactly who God designed us to be! Too often, situations like the loss of a loved one, a break-up, or a setback can shift you away from who you are. Now is not the time to give up or give in.  It's your time to walk through all the doors that have been opened just for you. 

The best thing you could ever do is realize your JOY is worth the fight. Just like the seasons, we fall back and spring forward; so, the trick is to make peace with the mirror and watch your reflection change.  Inside of this workbook you'll:

I recently finished my Self-Care isn't Selfish workbook and I have to say it was way more than I thought it would be.  I fully enjoyed the self-care checklist and how the affirmations aligned with my daily routine activity. I especially liked how each part play off the other. It helped me to prioritize the areas of my life that I have a habit of neglecting. This will definitely be something I use to keep me focused on taking care of myself.
